In Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnerships, TPD acts as our client company’s internal recruitment function for a segment of the recruitment process. Depending on the hiring client’s requirements, TPD will manage the entire recruiting / hiring process from job profiling through to training and onboarding of the new hire.

Our screening and selection involves assessments, background checks, reference checks, and comprehensive candidate interviews.

Client Interview

Upon completion of our selection and screening process, we provide a detailed summary of the most qualified candidates for your review. From this list we then qualify which candidates will be presented to you. We review the job requirements and organizational culture with the candidates, making sure the candidate understands the client, their needs, goals and opportunities. The candidate short list is then presented to you for interviews.  We then manage the coordination of interviews on your behalf to ensure a seamless and efficient interview process.

We provide candidate feedback on the interviews in order to ensure that you are able to make the most informed choice with respect to hiring. Our key objective is to ensure fit and to find our clients long-term team members.

Employment Offer

We also assist in client/candidate negotiation of the employment terms and conditions. Further, our job doesn’t end at the acceptance of employment. If required, we’ll lead the candidate through the resignation process of his or her current employer, manage communication with the candidate regarding the start date, and facilitate post-start employee evaluations and performance feedback.
